Calendar changes are complete.

The LCA External Calendar changes scheduled for 11-January-2012 have been completed.  We will continue to monitor the calendar and may make additional performance tuning changes over the next few days.

New features include:
    + an enhanced synchronization process with the LCA operational calendar.  This should provide more accurate updates to changing events.
    + improved event information.  The event description can now contain additional information such as addresses, web links, and other extended information.
